With more than 15 years of telecommunications experience, I have honed the ability to deliver on identified requirements and achieve customer satisfaction. The planning and management of voice infrastructure deployment is my strength, including all elements from supervising the transfer of phone lines, system design and installation of hardware, to customer training. I maintain a knowledge transfer approach to service delivery and actively participate in all implementations. Through my advanced training and hands-on experience I have developed a unique mix of skills to effectively manage the voice infrastructure initiatives for a variety of businesses.
